Buyer reviewStephanie Moir was a great help in buying my home. She took care of all concerns very quickly. Her personality was very warm and friendly. If we decide in the future to search for another home we will most certainly be in touch with this realtor to make that purchase. She just seemed like the all around best choice for us. When we first met her on the property her personality drew us to want to work with her more. She knew the answers to our questions before we could ask them. It was a great experience.

Buyer reviewStephanie Moir performed all aspects of her job well. She was very helpful in both determining and negotiating the purchase price; She made the process simple. Stephanie knew who to contact to get answers quickly regarding the property; She quickly and efficiently performed the research necessary to provide me with information that I required before I signed the offer contract. For example, she had the tax office send me a letter that confirmed the property Land Use taxes were up to date. My wife and I were made very comfortable about this purchase because Stephanie demonstrated that she was looking out for our interests. Stephanie was very good about allowing us enough time to spend at the different properties so we could compare them. She was easy to contact on the phone and she always promptly returned our calls. She's a good communicator and open with her opinion which I found helpful. I definitely recommend Stephanie Moir as realtor.
