She was always happy to help and professional and kept me going through this unexpectedly long escrow, which went from the original 3 weeks to 3 months! It was quite an ordeal for me and having Stephanie by my side made it doable. She was great at communication and reassuring as the process dragged on. I'd highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a home. She couldn't have been any better in all of these areas!

Stephanie Simmonds is a consummate professional who went above and beyond to satisfy all aspects of ownership, ranging from tours, disclosures, park criteria to closing of escrow. Stephanie not only recommended contractors in the area, but went out of her way to arraign entry of the premises to contractors for upgrade estimates prior to purchase! Her reputation is greater than sterling silver. One vendor provided a $400 realtor discount for the referral Miss Simmonds caries integrity beyond measure. Her abilities and expertise exceeded expectation. Her care and consideration to this satisfied customer is greatly appreciated... certainly will not be forgotten.

Since I was unaware of any other agents in the area, and Stephanie already had a proven track record in this location, there was no need to search further for someone to handle the transaction for me.
