We were living in Washington state when we asked Stephanie Swafford to help us find and buy a home in the Wichita area. We have bought and sold homes previously, and hands down Ms. Swafford was the most professional, caring and hard working realtor we have ever used. She didn't miss one little thing, and this was especially important as we were out of state. She always answered our questions right away, and dealt with the buyer's realtor with grace and business savvy - keeping us informed all the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor in this area - my only regret was that she wasn't our realtor in Washington state.
