Buyer reviewStephanie was initially referred by a friend, and she helped us find a rental unit as soon as we arrived from an overseas location. Her knowledge of the local area and no-nonsence attitude encouraged us to work with her when looking to purchase our house. This proved to be a critical asset, and we constantly were appreciative of her personality and attitude. We never felt as if we were being sold a product, she was there to help us find what we wanted, quantify our needs, and facilitate the purchase process. The situation was as if a mentor was holding our hand through the process, and we are very grateful we found Stephanie to help guide us through this experience. Stephanie was always fighting for us in every scenario. In one instance there was a misunderstanding with the lender, and when it was identified and rectified Stephanie responded as if it was a personal error. It wasn't, and we never thought of it as such, but her response only made us more grateful to have her in our corner. Stephanie was always approachable. We ended up viewing houses and having constant communication with Stephanie through the Super Bowl. We knew she had a gathering at her house, but she was working with us through the evening without hesitation.

Seller reviewI absolutely must recommend Stephanie Wayne to anyone considering selling their house. I knew from the moment I met her that her knowledge, drive, and personality were the exact qualities in a Realtor that I needed to get my house sold quickly. She is super communicative, responsive, and will tell you how it is with regards to all aspects of the house selling process. The closing of my sale was mishandled due to incompetence and negligence of the buyer's title company involved and the buyer's agent. Stephanie went WAY above and beyond to reassure me and resolve all the issues surrounding the circumstances of that stressful situation, and my house still finally sold. You won't find a better Realtor in Northern Virginia. Thank you Stephanie!

Seller reviewStephanie has set a benchmark in quality service that I don't think we'll ever be able to find again in any other realtor. Stephanie fit right into my quirky family and we were pretty much best friends from day 1. We bought a house in Culpeper with Stephanie and it was a painless 5 month deal because of a short sale. We knew without a doubt this chick was the real deal when it came to real estate. Almost exactly 2 years after we bought the Culpeper house, I got a new job up in Michigan and we made the decision to sell. She put together a package so well, I almost didn't want to sell. Every time we have ever dealt with Stephanie, she has been available: regardless of whatever she was doing. She has always had the answer to every question and didn't beat around the bush like some of the other realtors we dealt with in the past. Every other realtor should take notes and hold doors for this lady, because she's something special. I wish I could pay for her to get her realtor license in Michigan, because it's tough trying to find someone of the same caliber as Stephanie Wayne. (We've already fired 2 realtors, because they're not up to our new standards). Stephanie is the best there is, and we love her to death. She has become more than just our realtor; she'll be a family friend for the rest of our lives. We love you Stephanie!

Seller reviewWe looked at 3 different agents, and at first selected the one who was considered the best for lake front property in Reston. They had the contract for 9 months - And nothing! After that I pretty much demanded that we go with Stephanie Wayne. Family was in agreement. Stephanie is the best. Came up with a game plan to get the house SOLD. Took care of getting it staged, a couple of little fixes made, held multiple open houses, kept us calm, and stayed in contact through out the whole process. She's a dream to work with!
