I made offered on a couple of homes, but my offers weren't accepted. But that was until the perfect home came along. Buyer reviewWe are very happy with our new home and the deal with negotiated with the help with Stephen Burright. This was our first time using the contingent home sale process. It can be stressful at times knowing that your offer can be bumped by another more attractive offer. Our home sale worked out fantastic and we received a full price offer within 24 hours of having our contingent house on the market. This quick turnaround on our home was able to lock in our new house under pending removing us from the bump-able period. We were able to close on both homes within 24 hours and Stephen met us at the front door of our new home the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend. Deal worked out great and could not ask for more of our agent Stephen Burright.

Seller reviewStephen has always been great to work with ever since our first purchase back in 2018. Always was very responsive and scheduled showings on request within hours. There was no question when it came time to upgrade contingent sale/purchase a new home we would utilize Stephens as our agent. Stephen even referred me to a new mortgage lender which also turned out to be a great deal. He has good inside knowledge of homes, construction, offers, and other handy tactics when dealing with this competitive market. My girlfriend and I were very picky it took multiple offers to get our first home, then again multiple offers before we were able to go contingent/purchase our new home. The deal worked out great for everyone and I could not be happier with this recent transaction.
