Buyer reviewFinding Stephen was just by chance and circumstances and it turned out to be a perfect match for the both of us. We were looking for a specific type of property which increased the difficulty factor for Stephen. But he was up to the task, knew what to do, and followed through on all aspects of the purchase. Stephen was always there for us throughout the entire process. We couldn't have wished for a better person and experience. The experience was easy when working with a professional like Stephen.

Lik We purchased a home from a couple who refused to work with a real estate agent due to past experiences. In the end of our sale, Stephen Burright had the sellers accepting his work as well as used him to purchase their new home! They said that he gave them a whole new point of view on real estate agents I understand the market is busy right now but in my opinion if an agent is too busy to return my phone call after a day been there too busy for me. Stephen Burright returned my call the next day. Other agents had me waiting over a week. We have strongly encouraged our family and friends to use Stephen Burright through their purchasing and selling experiences. This way we know that they are in good hands.

Buyer reviewWe have purchased several homes over the years. However, this was the first time working with Stephen. He was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. It took us a long time to find the right house over two years. At no time during the process did Stephen ever rush us or lose his patience. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He always answered his phone and text messages and worked around my crazy schedule even showing homes on nights and weekends and last minute. When we finally found the home he was able to even negotiate furniture and appliances in the sale price. He was even at our inspection and signing. I would absolutely recommend Stephen Burright to anyone looking at purchasing a home.

Buyer reviewworking with Stephen was awesome just as it was last time I had some issues with Klickitat County with their title company and their listing agent but there were no issues with stephen he did everything that he said he was going to do and he even helped out with a few things also I would strongly recommend him any time for anybody that is willing to look for a house or sell their house he is probably one of the best agents out there very honest very outgoing everything went smooth same as it did last time I use him thank you again Stephen very much
