Buyer reviewStephen did a very good job for me as far as taking me around and showing me the house is in a professional manner Very knowledgeable of the area We just couldn't find a house that I liked One of the reasons was enough area for a detached shop Plus I didn't like the way a lot of the houses were flipped They were on busy streets which is a major problem for a big boat to get him off the street I was looking for a flat lot which was hard to do on the side hills of Longview thanks Stephen

Seller reviewWe were living out of town and our house was vacant while we were trying to sell it. Steve made a point to keep a close eye on our house on a daily basis. When the weather turned cold, Steve was thinking ahead and made sure that our house was winterized, thereby protecting our investment. It was so important to us to have someone on the job who anticipated our needs and took the reins in our absence. I would recommend Steve as we have found him trustworthy and conscientious.
