Seller reviewWe were a bit nervous about selling our home, but Stephen Gabauer had such a great plan for selling our home. And it worked since our house sold very quickly! We had offers within a few days of listing. Stephen has a great personality and is an outstanding communicator. He is so easy to work with. He's very professional, trustworthy and cares about his clients. We also tasked Stephen with finding us a new home as we were both selling and buying at the same time. Through his guidance, the timing worked perfectly and we actually accepted offers to buy and sell on the same day!! This is very hard to accomplish in this market. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!! He's absolutely amazing

Buyer reviewI felt like the stars aligned when Stephen called as a result of various searches we were viewing on realty websites. After a somewhat short conversation on the phone, he seemed to know exactly the vibe we were looking for in DC. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We worked with Stephen remotely for a few weeks, and when we finally scheduled viewings, we found our ideal, made to order home on the first day! Stephen answered our calls and texts if not immediately, within minutes at his first opportunity. Buying a home is stressful, but it is so nice to feel like someone has your back and is doing everything possible to help you realize your dream. As importantly, our experience during and after the closing process has been very supportive. Just because you have signed the papers doesn't make Stephen disappears. He offers support unconditionally before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Stephen for anyone looking for a home to buy.
