His professional attitude instilled a sense trust and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was in good hands. Stephen provided in-depth knowledge about the area, communities and properties. He went above and beyond to help me negotiate my offer and provided knowledge and expertise about seller's credit. Stephen researched offer prices to ensure that I got the best deal possible. Buyer reviewI felt like the stars aligned when Stephen called as a result of various searches we were viewing on realty websites. After a somewhat short conversation on the phone, he seemed to know exactly the vibe we were looking for in DC. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We worked with Stephen remotely for a few weeks, and when we finally scheduled viewings, we found our ideal, made to order home on the first day! Stephen answered our calls and texts if not immediately, within minutes at his first opportunity. Buying a home is stressful, but it is so nice to feel like someone has your back and is doing everything possible to help you realize your dream. As importantly, our experience during and after the closing process has been very supportive. Just because you have signed the papers doesn't make Stephen disappears. He offers support unconditionally before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Stephen for anyone looking for a home to buy.
