He was very patient with our many questions and kind in his responses (even if the question was kind of dumb). When we reached out if he was unavailable to pick up right then, he got back to us in a very timely manner. Steve was down to earth, which was very important to us. Other agents we contacted talked down to us when we disclosed that we had less than perfect credit. That did not deter Steve and he worked with us and helped us so much. I plan to recommend Steve Meehan to any family and friends that are thinking of buying or selling.
