He collaborated with us from start to finish. He checked in with us every day until the house sold and was always available for us. He handled everything that arose during the entire process calmly and knowledgably. Upon request he gave me the name of a home stager who was cost effective and helped me tremendously. The photographer he uses took the most fabulous photos of our house. Steve quickly sold our house for above asking price and above recent sales in our area. He was great to deal with. I will use him again. (Our past experiences with real estate agents was absolutely dismal). Stephen proved that he is an expert at what he does. I recommend Stephen Patenaude highly. Stephen was super detailed through the process with me to help me understand the questions to ask and things to look out for. I was never pushed to make a decision; Stephen respected my wishes to move to a different home to look at and also was mindful of the crazy competitive market to make sure I did not miss out on my dream home. Stephen was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process to me as it was my first time purchasing a home. Very respectful and mindful of the big purchase I was making but made sure I had the right information to make the necessary decisions along the way.

As first time home buyers, we understood very little of the process, and Stephen simplified and explained everything and encouraged us to ask questions. We were looking in very competitive areas and lost several bids (by a LOT) and Stephen always encouraged us to stay positive, we would find our dream house. From that point forward, our inspection, mortgage approval and close was very literally seamless. Stephen recommended incredible people from the home inspector to our lender, and every single recommendation he made was a perfect match for us. It's almost unbelievable to look back at the last month (only a month!) to see how easy this was. We were pinching ourselves until we got the keys. This experience was amazing due entirely to our partnership with Stephen. He is an excellent realtor and we would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.
