Buyer reviewStephen was honest and upfront about the condition of each property. He didn't try to sugarcoat anything, and actively dissuaded me from offering on properties he saw as poor quality. He wanted me to find a home that wouldn't be a headache for me later down the line, and warned me when he noticed red flags. He was very professional and extremely helpful in finding a home.

Seller reviewSteve worked with us to purchase two other properties and we were pleased with those experiences. Besides, he's a nice guy. We had an unusual situation finding out after listing that we had a crumbling foundation issue and had to start over essentially. Finding out that your property on sale has an unexpected problem with such a huge financial impact was very difficult. However, we had full confidence that Steve was there for us 100%. He spent a lot of time reviewing our options with us, respectfully listened to our input, and supported the decision we made to move forward. During the process, Steve answered all my questions, explained the significance of various offers and our options. In the end we did better than we expected. I fully recommend Steve Travali - whether you are buying or selling a home.
