I have lived in Pitt County for over 25 years, and am grateful to be a part of this wonderful community. I attended East Carolina University and North Carolina Wesleyan College. I earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a B.A. Degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Before getting my Real Estate license I spent 20+ years in Banking and Investments which has been instrumental in my Real Estate career when navigating the buying and selling process. It is important to work with a REALTOR who understands your needs, and as a husband and father of three I know the importance of finding the right home. Buyer reviewI have bought two other houses using other companies and through several other people. Unlike those times, I forgot I was in the process of buying while working with Steve. Everything was explained and everything handled effortlessly. Not one single surprise or problem. I hope I'm not forced into a situation where I have to buy a house without him. However, that's unlikely because I have a house now that a really like.

Stephen always answered my emails, phone calls, and my texts. He met my cousin to view properties after we completed video tours. Looking at homes when you are miles away is stressful, but Stephen Wiggins took much of the stress away, and I soon forgot that he was an agent. I felt like I was talking to a family member. If you need someone to help you find a home quickly when you are relocating to another state, Stephen Wiggins is the perfect person.

He worked with us and made accommodations when necessary, such as FaceTiming a showing, as we were traveling out of the state. He helped us find the perfect place quickly. I feel that he is a friend to our family now and I could call on him for anything in the future. Would highly recommend!
