Excellent sounding board, providing great feedback, as well as unique and helpful perspectives. What more can I say? Steve exhibited all of these characteristics and then some, including empathy (when we didn't get a house we put an offer on), resourceful (when he researched a property that had an easement), FAST (when we found a property that we needed to see pronto) and flexible (no one else would have worked with my work schedule so graciously). We have Steve to thank for helping us find the home of our dreams.
