Steve Etheridge goes above and beyond your normal broker's function. We had to depend on him during the bidding and closing of our foreclosure home ( we were in Seattle). He was so helpful during the inspection and closing of the home. The kind of service you'd expect at Nordstrom's or any 5 Star resort or restaurant. Exceptional !!

A friend has fed me Steve's number. I called Steve and told him what I was looking for, and where I didn't want to be. I told him I was coming to town for just a weekend. He put a list together, and met us on time Saturday morning. We started on the list, by the time we got to the last house, we knew that was the one. I told Steve to make it happen. Steve did just that. By the time we went to dinner Steve had an answer for us. So now we have a new house. Thanks Steve for working your magic.

Steve was great, if we ever need another agent for any reason, we will go to him first. He was wonderful at his job, we had a few setbacks in paperwork but he helped us keep looking until we found the right house for us.
