In today's culture, it is difficult to find someone trustworthy along with all the other traits we require from an agent (such as knowledgeable, easily acceptable, ability to provide solid results, etc.) Steve Foltz with CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty provided this for me, on two different occasions. Steve Foltz is so genuinely invested in his clients. He truly listens to their wants, needs, and concerns. He provides sincere honesty, and I always felt like he had my (and my family's) best interests at heart. Absolutely outstanding person and agent. I feel fortunate and blessed to know him. He has such a vast array of useful knowledge far exceeding the basic home buying process. I always felt well-informed, and, therefore, confident with all decisions. I have now purchased two homes with him (and sold my original home). There is not another agent whom I would recommend more highly than Steve.
