Steve was recommended to me by a friend/co-worker. When I decided to sell, the same agent that sold me the home was prepared to help me. I mentioned to my friend at work of my situation and he highly recommended Steve Kirk with Century 21. I proceeded to inquire of his knowledge in the community, needed someone that would make me feel comfortable if I needed direction that I would get straight answers, would keep me informed and make my transition as stress free as possible. After talking to him, I felt that he had all of the qualifications that I was looking for to help me sell my home. Steve always made it seem as if we were his only clients throughout the entire process. I know Steve is a busy professional, however he was almost always available by phone or email. Steve came highly recommended through family and friends and did not disappoint. I appreciate everything Steve did to make it possible for my family to finally be in our forever home. I did not hear from the Century Staff once through out the process. There were some times when Steve mentioned utilizing additional resources that I assumed were office staff but it was Steve that kept communication open with my wife and I. Steve always presented his thoughts or ideas regarding listing price, negotiations, open houses and communications with potential buyers professionally upfront yet polite. Steve has an extensive personal back round with many of City's leaders and influential developers. This makes his understanding of the City's growth and market unmatched.
