I am from Virginia and knew nothing about real estate agents in Columbia. I did an online search and narrowed my search down to 3 possibilities. After viewing Steve' Kozlowski's video I instantly felt a connection and just knew he was the right agent for me! I was in Virginia dealing with my deceased twin brother's estate in Columbia. The house actually would have sold much quicker if it hadn't been tied up in probate court.
