Steve was extremely helpful. I had a great deal of issues with selling my home originally with a previous agent. I was faced with multiple issues with my previous agent in selling the home, but with his help it was made possible. He is great at communication, very patient, and has an extensive knowledge base regarding real estate. If I need another agent in the future I will definitely be contacting him again...

Steve Mabry restored my faith in people, and more specifically, Realtors/Brokers. He demonstrated a high level of ethics and trustworthiness from beginning to end. He did what he said would do, was very open and honest with me, and communicated honestly and often. Steve Mabry treated me as if I was a family member or longtime friend and he never met me. However, he made selling my house a priority, for both me and the Buyer. Communicating with me in a timely manner and respectfully was very important to me, and it was the only way I can describe our communication. One of the first things I told Steve Mabry when he contacted me was how disappointed I was with my previous Broker and that I wasn't interested in being frustrated and stressed trying to sell a property that I knew people were interested in buying and after having invested a lot of money and time into making it a great place for anyone to live. We started on the same page and we ended on the same page. I hold Mr. Mabry in high esteem and wish him continued success.

First time home buying with Steve Mabry was done with ease. He explained everything step by step and never left me in the dark on important information. Steve was amazing on handling the offer and coming up with a reasonable deal. He was very professional and always on time when it came to meeting up with houses. Anything not meet up to date on inspections Steve was able to guide me on what to do and where to go. Will definitely be using him as our realtor in the foreseeable future.
