As a licensed Realtor since 2000 and receiving my broker's license 2019, I bring over two decades of experience and expertise to the real estate industry. With a commitment to professional development, I've earned numerous designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Internet Professional Certification (e-PRO), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). As a full time real estate professional, I've actively contributed to the industry by serving as a Director and Past President of the Firelands Association Realtors, as well as being a member of Firelands MLS and MLS Now, and a recipient of the Realtor Of The Year award from the Firelands Association of Realtors. On a more personal note, I enjoy family time with my loved ones, my wife, two grown-up children and our beloved golden retriever Rylee. Buyer reviewCompleting the purchase of this property proved a challenge from banks to title agency's computer system issues, etc but none of the challenges were related to Steve Mack. Steve preserved through all of it, giving us necessary and useful information and assistance. While it took a while to complete this transaction, again NOTHING to do with Steve Mack, Steve preserved, kept calm, and kept in touch as we worked through the process.
