We would highly recommend Steve to anyone who is selling a home.

Seller reviewWe had told Steve that we might be interested in selling our house if the right offer came about. We were not desperate to sell because we loved the house but we knew at some point we would downsize. Steve not only found a buyer for our house but a house for us to buy (the house owned by the buyers of our house). How is that for knowing the real estate market? Neither house was up for sale and yet Steve sold them both. We could not give higher marks for Steve. He was terrific in every respect and both I and my wife agree on that. He kept in touch and kept us informed and a step ahead all the way through (e.g., he told us not to pay our property tax before we close--which I was about to do except for his timely advice). In our opinion, Steve has the best feel for the Macomb market of any realtor in the area; he is personable and is skillful in all dimensions of his profession. He is also a man of integrity and that is important in any sales profession.
