The one aspect of the Real Estate business that I value most is getting to know and work with great people who are purchasing or selling a home, whether it is your first home or your fifth home. The process of buying or selling a home is usually one that people look forward to with excitement and great expectations. I truly consider it a privilege to be allowed to participate as your Realtor® in these processes.
As a client, you should expect someone that is always honest, a great communicator, willing to work hard, and willing to put in the extra effort. I hope to have the opportunity to be this person for you. I made the decision to pursue Real Estate as a full time career because I enjoy working with people to fulfill these expectations and look forward to developing great relationships with my clients.

Seller reviewSteve always told us what was going on; what needed to be done to sell this house; what problems, if any, surfaced and how to fix them; what his plans were to best show the property and why and how much it would cost; helped find a friend to do some yard clean-up; was willing to come and help remove the last of the old paint cans and dresser which were stored in the basement; found humor when I could not open winmail and found another way so I could see the paperwork; was spot on regarding how quickly the property would sell. He guided me and my sister through all the vast amounts of paperwork and legalese and got us through it ahead of the sale. Many phone calls to follow up on texts and emails, including the last one when he told us the "money had been wired and congratulations!" Steve is the person owning the congratulations, not me nor my sister. To summarized, Steve made an impossibly complicated procedure absolutely pain-free for US. Poor Steve probably absorbed most of the pain himself!
