Buyer reviewSteve has an approach that puts a buyer at ease and makes the entire process flow. I appreciated how he was not a high pressure salesman and always respected my decisions while still offering ideas that would benefit the sale of our home. I had another aggressive realtor that worked for a competing agency and tried to "strong arm" me into signing with their agency. He did not listen to my thoughts and insisted that I needed to do things his way because he was the expert. Steve's manner and approach were much appreciated and made it evident that he respects his clients. I am recommending Mr. Steve Evans to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a home. His knowledge and expertise are evident, Steve is the type of realtor that is an ambassador for your agency. I won't consider using anyone else but Mr. Steve Evans for future realtor services. I have already recommended him to a family member and they are in the process of purchasing a home using Steve.
