Steve was the first real estate agent to contact us after we began looking for a house. He kept in contact with us, was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to go look at the places for us no matter where they were. He found out exactly what what we wanted and worked with us to find the exact home we wanted. He gave us alot of information about what the housing market was doing at the time. Gave great advice about bidding and the area itself. He paid attention to exactly what we wanted and gave us his honest opinion about each place he went He went to open houses for us and took videos of the interior and exterior of the houses. Steve always kept in communication and responded to any texts or calls promptly. Even at odd hours and when he was sick. He was completely honest and was always available. We were house shopping from another state and he was our eyes and ears. He explained everything very well and let us know if there was anything we should ask about or be concerned about.
