I cannot say enough about how helpful, professional yet down to earth Steve was in helping us with the sale. I have talked to countless other agents who didn't take us seriously or who made me feel like our home was not as valuable as it felt to us because it was a starter home. But Steve helped us pull the trigger on listing it for a fair price which we ended up getting over asking for.
