Steve Kozuszko made our dream a reality and we cannot be more thankful to have had him in our corner throughout this whole process. He treated the purchase like his own in terms of recommendations of other professionals, attending inspections and communicating with the town. He showed up to help install smoke detectors and we never felt like we were on our own or unable to get his help or an answer on something. He feels like part of the family from how much time and effort he helped put into getting us into our new home and we cannot recommend him enough!

Steve took us seriously and was patient with us even though our plan to sell was not clear when we met. He guided us through the process and helped us make our plans reality. I cannot say enough about how helpful, professional yet down to earth Steve was in helping us with the sale. I have talked to countless other agents who didn't take us seriously or who made me feel like our home was not as valuable as it felt to us because it was a starter home. But Steve helped us pull the trigger on listing it for a fair price which we ended up getting over asking for. He helped us close this meaningful chapter of our life and will be the only person I feel can help us get into our long-term family home.
