My family met Steven Padilla by chance while going to an open house. At that time my parents were looking to sell their home and buy another another one that they can move into. My family and I met Steven Padilla and his son while at an Open House. At that time we still had not decided on choosing a real estate agent, but we immediately felt comfortable with them when we first met them. We told them of our situation involving a house that we wanted to sell that was under a trust. For example, the lawyer who did the trust didn't provide us with a tax ID number but Steven and his team identified that and worked diligently to get that for us. He was very pro-active the whole time and always kept us notified throughout the process. As for the sale of the house, we had people showing interest in the house right away and accepted an offer within four days. The sale was concluded in two weeks. My family and I feel that we were very fortunate to have Steven, his son, and his team work with us. Even after the sale, we still turn to him for questions and he is always happy to help.
