Buyer reviewI found Steve Pouliot on a Google search and called him up. Did a bit of a phone interview with him and based upon that decided to engage with him. Steve was able to get me my house within my budget utilizing his relationships and knowledge of the industry. The house was listed for $50k above my budget, Steve got me the house for $45k below asking price. Nice job! Steve always got back to me quickly about any questions I had. He was also available every time I asked to see a home. Steve was great, I can't say it enough. He even gave me a small gift for the house at closing which his wife made for me.

Buyer reviewThere are not enough ways to say thank you. Steve was beyond excellent throughout the entire process and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for an agent. I was pretty picky about some aspects of my search and he never mentioned any issues with all of my requests. He pointed things out that I would have never thought of and was just overall helpful. I can't imagine that anyone else would have done as good of a job. He made the experience much better than I could have ever anticipated and I will be forever grateful for him during this process!

I never felt pressured to buy any type of house & I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. He was candid when asked, knew the answers to my (many) questions, and was always flexible to get me a viewing. Something else that was really valuable is all of the people that he recommended that I work with turned out to be wonderful individuals and I'm really happy with the team that we were able to bring together. Steve is a great help and a great resource and I would gladly work with him again in this type of situation. I felt like he helped me understand the process clearly from start to finish and was always quick to reply when I needed assistance. It's also worth noting that my house purchase happened during the holiday season, which isnt ideal, and he was responsive and supportive the entire time. Thank you Steve for all of your hard work. I'm really grateful to have been on this journey with such a great team.
