I could not have found and closed on the ideal house without Steve! He was incredibly patient, attentive, and perseverent through a tough market - helping me to prioritize my time going to house showings, ensuring I made timely and competitive offers, and making sure things stayed on track during an abnormally long closing period. As a first time buyer (and newcomer to NJ), Steve's knowledge and communication was incredibly valuable to me. He was always responsive, answered my many questions, and freely shared his observations during walkthroughs of things that I never would have known to look. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart, was always willing to share his perspective but never to coerce me, and was exceedinly patient. I will recommend Steve to everyone I know looking for a house in South Jersey, but especially first time buyers.

Steve was so so helpful during our home buying process. He always put our interests before his own and went above and beyond for us. He responded to our concerns very quickly and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the deal. He was able to give us a great team of people to help us make the deal happen. He was patient with us as it was our first home and we were not familiar with aspects of the process. He was very approachable and easy to talk to.
