Seller reviewI cannot say enough how incredible Stockton was to work with. My sister and I were selling our late mother's house and neither of us lived near the house....and it needed some TLC. Stockton arranged for several contractors to come in and do some work. He often met them there and inspected the job. Then a tree fell on the house...again, Stockton contracted a roofing company to fix the roof and followed up with them. He went completely above and beyond to help us. Throughout the whole process he was communicative, collaborative, and an overall pleasant person to work with. We were very happy with the sale price on the house. I would highly recommended Stockton as a real estate agent. I can't imagine anyone better!
