Even when we encountered some bumps in the road, it was resolved quickly because Straton's communication and knowledge on how to handle a situation like that were above and beyond. It's not always an easy process but with someone who is compassionate, honest and trustworthy helping you along the way, it never seemed hard! I would recommend Straton to anyone buying a home because to him it wasn't just about the "sale" it was also about making sure we were understanding everything that was going on and comfortable with how the process was going.
