Due to some reasons, we were initially hesitant, however Sudha armed us with the best guidance that empowered our decision making process. Once we decided to move forward, Sudha was pretty quick with the initial documents, I rarely remember following up on anything with Sudha. She will always call me in advance to inform the next steps and what to expect. There were still multiple challenges throughout the process, however Sudha kept her calm, understood our anxieties and guided us throughout the process and provided the best available contacts. Even on the day of closing, due to some hiccups, seller couldn't move out their stuff on time, Sudha went above and beyond and stayed late with us, even skipped her meal to ensure we get the clean property on time. We were searching for single family home in specific are only. Sudha was very persistent in following up with us and always made time for us even for sudden notice. In early 2020, when we started looking for houses, A friend who had recently bought a home referred me to Sudha. We immediately liked her due to her no-bull-shit work ethic. Since then, Sudha has been an excellent agent who was with us throughout our long journey of 2 years of house hunting and helped us find the perfect house we were looking for in the desired West Windsor township in NJ. She understood our stringent requirements that were hard to meet in the current market conditions in that location, and yet she showed more than 30 houses with utmost patience. Not even once did we ever feel being hurried or imposed by her opinions. Hats off to her patience and mindset to give absolute priority to our interests. Due to tough market conditions, it was an emotional ride being declined offers one after another, but Sudha encouraged us not to lose heart and keep trying until we find our "destiny". We did indeed find our destiny and wouldn't have been possible without Sudha's support. Once we found the house and got our offer accepted, Sudha took care of entire process without any hiccups. She was very responsive and made sure everything was progressing well when I was traveling abroad. I absolutely recommend her for prospective buyers.
