Seller reviewMy house was part of a gated community and, as a result, had several additional issues involved in the sale. Susan was both familiar with these issues and provided sound advice about handling them. I lived across the country and Susan handled several small items that I normally would have taken care of. She stayed in constant communication with myself and, as necessary, the buyers agent. For all these reasons, I would recommend Susan Braun to any new buyer or seller.
