We were able to make an offer the very first day the property I purchased was listed. Because of Sue's knowledge and fast action, I was able to get the first offer in that was accepted. Sue was so helpful in guiding me through the entire process - inspections, negotiations with the seller, everything. I am so pleased with my new home. Sue is the very best there is!

Buyer reviewSue Deaton was on the look out for just what we wanted. Paying cash for a home may be freeing but it has its problems. You want to buy within your cash limit. She worked hard to make it happen. We are very happy with our new home. Knowing what we wanted she didn't waste our time on areas and home that weren't to our liking. She never made us feel she didn't have time to talk about our concerns or questions. That's important in today's busy society. If you hand out awards for a job well done, Sue Deaton deserves one. This most likely is the last home I will purchase. But I will be in the future recommending Sue Deaton to all my family and friends. Thank you
