Sue is outstanding in every respect! My wife and I are out of state buyers, so we knew no one in the area. I searched the internet and happened to select Sue to be our agent in the Boone area. I must be a genius, because Sue turned out to be absolutely fantastic. She patiently sent listings over several months and she researched hidden information on several houses until we finally found 'the one'. That's where Sue really shined! She set up viewings, even going back to the same house with us the very next day to walk through again. She facilitated every aspect of the negotiation, inspections, offer and counteroffer, closing... all the while keeping us informed with daily calls and emails. She is a true professional who understands the process very well. She kept a very accelerated closing on track, even through a couple hiccups with financing. She did a video final walkthrough and overnighted the house keys to make sure we could arrive after hours and spend the first night in the area.

Sue was a great resource as we prepared the house to go onto the market. She has lots of connections in the area, which made the process easier than expected. Sue was always available to help wherever needed, and her attention to details along with her overall knowledge of real estate was exactly what we had hoped to find in a realtor.
