Sue Ellen grew up in Bell County enjoying the benefits of being raised in such a unique and encouraging environment. Her parents, Bill & Ruth Bartlett, instilled in all their children the value of hard work. After graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate, Sue Ellen earned her CPA license and was an accountant before staying home to raise her family. After living away from Texas for many years, Sue Ellen moved back to Salado in 1998 and has been an active Realtor for over 19 years. Sue Ellen has recently served on the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors as Secretary and is currently serving as a Director of the Salado Water Corporation. Continuing education is very important to Sue Ellen. She earned her real estate Broker's license in 2000 and has since earned the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Sue Ellen is a graduate of the Texas Association of Realtors Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP). She has also been awarded numerous Top Producer awards through the Century 21 System.

Seller reviewSue Ellen sold us our first home in Salado in 2011. Since then she sold that home for us, helped us buy our 2nd home, sold that one and has now helped us buy our 3rd home. As a retired soldier we have moved > 15 times and dealt with a lot of realtors. My Mom is also a realtor so I know a lot of the behind the scenes stuff she does. We love Sue Ellen and the whole team. She is not just a realtor to us but a friend. The staff and agents are all really great people that care about the community and their clients. Sue Ellen always goes above and beyond. The Bill Bartlett team is true class and integrity. That is something he has passed down to all the agents and generations of his family that work there. It is a legacy Century 21 should be proud of.

Sue Ellen always responded promptly to our questions and was extremely dependable, knowledgeable, meticulous and was very kind, supportive and relatable. She was amazing! We just love her and feel not only do we have the most wonderful agent . . . we have also made a lifelong friend!
