I was very impressed with her marketing plan, knowledge, communication and follow through. Sue provided helpful information about staging the home for sale and hired professional photographers and videographers in order to show the home in the best light possible. She had an extensive marketing plan that included postcards, door hangers, print and online advertising. She moved quickly to put her marketing plan into action. She carefully explained the process step-by-step and kept in touch as it moved forward. She communicated effectively and efficiently and walked me through every step of the transaction. I believe that Sue's experience as a real estate appraiser made the difference in the selling of my home. Sue was able to estimate the right price for my home and I had an offer in nine days after the third potential buyer toured my home. If not for Sue, I would likely have priced my home at least $26,000 less than I did. The offer came in at 98% of asking price which made the negotiation process easy for me and the buyer. Sue makes the selling process easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
