Seller reviewWe have been fortunate to work with Sue Kappen on two occasions. She has helped us sale a previous home and assisted us in purchasing our most recent. We also trusted Sue and her expertise to assist our daughter purchase a home in 2022. Sue was so beneficial in assisting our daughter during the time when homes were getting multiple offers. My wife and I appreciate the knowledge that Sue has related to real estate. Sue is also very helpful when her clients need referrals for repairs or remodeling. I would highly recommend Sue! Should we have any real estate needs in the future, Sue Kappen will be who we call.

Buyer reviewSue was fabulous in many aspects of my real estate purchase but one manner that really stands out was her attention to detail when doing the various home inspections. She walked around the home with two different colored tapes and noted paint and areas for repair that was extremely detailed and much appreciated for the home builder to fix prior to move in.
