Seller reviewThis is the 2nd time Sue has been our Realtor: 1st as our Buyer Agent and now as my Seller Agent. I would NEVER consider using another Realtor. Sue has vast knowledge of the Ridge Community, great communication skills and she was very supportive, understanding and compassionate during the selling of my Parent's Property. The selling of my Parent's Property was very emotional for me and Sue really took the time to listen to me "pour out my heart" before deciding to sell the property. Thank You Sue! You are the VERY BEST at what you do! We had an offer within a week on the property. Escrowed closed in 30 days.

Seller reviewAs I have already said....I have never worked with a realtor that worked as hard as Sue. She truly is "hands on" kind of gal. She didn't just get the listing and then sit back in her easy chair. She was at the property frequently and was INVOLVED. She kept in touch with all parties and coordinated efforts seamlessly by her initiative as well as her follow-up. She even helped some with the physical clear-out/clean-up process. I can't thank her or praise her enough....she just did a GREAT JOB!
