Sue St. John of CENTURY 21 Professionals

We listed my mom's home with C21 after moving my mom to live with us. We met with Sue St. John and she was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Since we lived 50 miles from the selling house it was difficult to get there for any emergency. Sue was kind enough to take care of urgent matters for us. When there was a gas smell in the house, she called Consumer's Power and waited for them to arrive and turn the gass off and locate the problem. Later, she arranged to have her husband fix the vent on the dryer which was the cause of the gas smell. Sue saved us much time and travel and handled everything smoothly. My wife and I initially sat down and talked to two agents who were referred to us through USAA Relocation/mover advantage services. She juggled between all parties (builder/agents/Loan Processors/Title Companies/City of Sterling Heights and Clinton Township etc) and we always felt as if we were her most important customers.

My girlfriend had used Sue St. John to sell her condominium just a month before, and it sold very, very quickly. We decided to have Sue sell my house, and again she got it sold faster than I could have imagined! I would absolutely not hesitate for a second to use her as my agent again, or to recommend her to my friends and family!
