When it comes to home buying, it is a lot like cooking a steak. Some buyers who are experienced would be considered well done. Not much attention is needed to get where you need to be, Just make sure the job gets done. Myself being a first time home buyer I would consider myself to be medium rare. Much attention and care must be taken to ensure the final product come out perfectly, and I can happily report that Sue Sunderman seasoned and prepared this steak perfectly.
