Buyer reviewSummer Nida was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She was professional, understanding of our wants, and was always available to answer any questions we had during the home buying process. We never felt pressured to buy anything and she was very patient in finding us the right home. I would recommend her to anyone that's in search for a realtor. Even after the purchase she has still been in contact, checking on our progress. We truly feel like we've not only met a wonderful realtor, but we have also made a lifelong friend in Summer.

Summer went above and beyond during our home buying process. On a day when I requested to see a property on very short notice, she was unable to take us due to a family emergency. I told her not to worry about it that day, but she was able to arrange her broker, Patrick Lucas, to show the house to us. It was the house we ended up purchasing! We are grateful to both Summer and Patrick for making it possible that day. Summer was always available to answer any questions I had during our home buying process, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!
