Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Owner and Broker of Record for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty, Inc. (C21CBR) In March 2024, I celebrated my 34th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.

While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Seller reviewThis property was going to take the right person and was a hard to sell property for a number of reasons. We first placed the property for sale the year Bloomsburg Flooded (in fact like the week before) which was not great timing for selling a house. Susan did a great job for us especially since we live in Harrisburg and the long distance rental and sale of the house was more difficult for us. I would recommend her to anyone who ask for a realtor.
