She took a break from the Real Estate Industry and owned and operated a very large profitable Clothing Manufacturing Company with her Husband. Because of that she understands the importance of timing, delivery and customer service. Experience has made her a very good negotiator. Susan is very diligent and tenacious and she will do her very best to get you the best price whether you are buying or selling. Buyer reviewOnce again, not only did Susan Beder make herself available on short notice when we first started looking in February but she assisted in navigating this purchase for us while we were 1200 miles from Sebring and back home in Brooklyn, Michigan. If that wasn't cumbersome enough add in Covid 19 and the roadblocks involved with it and we were skeptical about carrying through with our plan to buy. Susan sensed that reluctance and with no pressure at all suggested why we might want to move on it when we did and her ideas made sense. We followed through with our purchase and are very glad we did. We are considering a second home purchase and will use Susans expertise in that transaction as well. In speaking with friends and other retirees considering a move to a warmer climate I have, and will, recommend Susan to every one of them when coming into the area to start their own search.
