She took a break from the Real Estate Industry and owned and operated a very large profitable Clothing Manufacturing Company with her Husband. Because of that she understands the importance of timing, delivery and customer service. Experience has made her a very good negotiator. Susan is very diligent and tenacious and she will do her very best to get you the best price whether you are buying or selling. Obviously he like other local popular realtors Just wanna make a quick sale I talked to Susan about putting it on for over 2 1/2 Carson said. She advised I go even more so we had room to negotiate Thank God we went with her. We got what I wanted I for our property. She really knew what she was talking about because she said we might come down a little and then we would get what we wanted. She is the BEST REALTOR THAT YOU HAVE. This is not the first property we sold with her and I'm sure it won't be my last!
