Susan took a difficult situation of closing out the Estate of loved family member and made it a much easier. She was very helpful and frankly went above and beyond what the services of a real estate broker would normally entail...offering to meet my mover, providing a way to facilitate donations, etc. Selling the property and managing to move the items from my Grandmother back to Baltimore I do not think could have been accomplished as well as they were without the help of Susan. Beyond the cited help, when ti came time to review offers that came in simultaneously, she provided guidance on which one was in our best interest. When an initial offer was changed to a lower offer, Susan correctly advised that the staying with our original asking number was the best move...and within 24 hours we had offers at asking price. I wholeheartedly endorse Susan Betts as an agent that knows her market, knows her sellers requirements, and is able to close a property in the price arena that was discussed at the time her services were contracted and within the time frame that was originally committed.

I'm sure at times Susan was getting frustrated with me with all the homes and condos we looked at. If she was she didn't show it. Always polite and friendly. I would most definitely recommend Susan to any family or friends who would be looking in the area for a home or condo.
