Seller reviewSusan Collins was recommended by a childhood friend I've known for almost fifty years, and who has known Susan for years. The sale of this house was complicated by the fact that a sibling in his sixties had lived in the house rent-free for nearly two years, and was not interested in moving or in making recommended improvements to increase the sales price of the house. Susan showed amazing tact and forbearance in dealing with that situation, as well as many others, for several months. I have bought and/or sold at least seven properties in four different states, and have worked with many different realtors, and I cannot recommend Susan strongly enough!
