Susan was born in New Jersey and began her education in English. Before her teenage years, as a business venture called, Susan's family relocated to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she completed her schooling speaking Portuguese. As a result, Susan speaks fluently as a native in both English and Portuguese languages and has gained professional fluency in Spanish through years of speaking with friends and business connections.
Susan has been joined at CENTURY 21® Alliance Realty by her husband, Joseph H. Mayer, REALTOR®. Together they have expanded to better service the needs of property owners, home buyers and real estate investors.

Buyer reviewSusan was an amazing help! We had an agent who wasn't really doing anything and it upset us and that's when my sister refeard us to Susan. After a 5 minute phone call to Susan she got us into a viewing of the house we wanted. She was extremely fast with the paper work and got our offer in that same day. She would work all hours of the night getting contracts and adendems complete for a timely move and close. Susan was all around great. We've had laughs and created a friendship throughout the process and I'm going to refer her to everyone I hear is moving.

Buyer reviewSusan Domingues Mayer from the beginning of my phone call, giving her my offer For the property by phone, very professional, within 2 days I received a call that my offer was accepted. Arrangements was made to meet at the title office by 2 pm. Papers was signed for the sale & a good faith deposit was given. I departed florida on July 9th. Every additional document was handled by the title office . Received all other documents by email on time signed and returned, funds transferred before the closing day. I was very impressed with the service I received between Susan and the Title Company. Susan will always be my #1 agent. Congratulation on a job well done.

Buyer reviewYOU WANT THESE TWO AS YOUR NEW HOME FINDER!!! I do not know how to express the professionalism and PATIENCE that Susan and Joe Mayer posess. I am not an easy customer. I expect my realtors to be available and working for me 24/7. THEY DO! Joe and Susan heard everything on my wish list, it was even posted in their office. Most importantly, on top of watching and listening to me express every emotion in the world, through the sometimes disappointing world of real estate, they remained calm, positive and helpful. They also kept me on track reminding me of my wish list during a drought of inventory. They NEVER TRIED TO "SELL ME" any house. They showed me homes that fit my list. AND STUCK TO THAT. They are uncompromising realtors! That may be an oxymoron for another realtor, but not for this amazing team.
