Are YOU ready to BE MOVED? Why do I sell Real Estate? As a former Dental Hygienist, I get this question all the time! Searching homes and finding the one that is just right, hearing the home inspector tell my buyers we picked a good one, re-arranging furniture to maximize potential space, and making sure the Offer contracts are complete and legally binding are my purpose and passion. As you may already know, there are two main sides to the Real Estate Business. One: Buying Real Estate. If done correctly, it is something you can do to help secure financial stability and prepare you for the future, yet it is also a very personal and emotional experience. As your agent I help keep the balance, weighing the pros and cons. Buying is not as much a Selection process, as an Elimination process. Two: Selling Real estate, especially a personal or family home, can be a crazy nightmare, or a pleasant and financial reward to the work you have put into a property that may no longer fit your needs. Either way, you need to be prepared, for what the market is doing, has done in the past and how it seems to be going in the immediate future. I help you make choices by giving you the education and local information available to get the highest potential, in the least amount of time, all depending on your goals. Honesty and Integrity are extremely important to me, and I think one of my best (and worst) attributes is that I am opinionated, so you hear what I am thinking...if it smells bad, is too cluttered, or looks amazing- you will get my opinion, which is personal and professional as I have owned several homes in several areas. If there is a negative, I prefer it is addressed right away so that we get to the full potential- either as a listing or as a purchase. Many of my customers have heard this- "You can fix ugly"! As an Independent contractor, I choose to work with Century 21 AFFILIATED for their Sales and Marketing programs, Lead Generation and Smart technology choices.
