Seller reviewSue Henry goes above and beyond and goes the extra mile to make things simple and easy for Sellers! Sue Henry's communication is by far one of her great assets. Very pleasant person to deal with and I believe that Sue Henry shows the utmost respect to the prospective buyer/buyer as well as Sue's firm client commitment to a contracted seller! She listens and understands just what the sale point goal is and plans effectively to reach this goal. There may be many more reasons that I would recommend Sue Henry but, these are a few that I consider crucial. I would recommend her to any prospective Seller or as a Buyer. Sue Henry was my agent when I bought my current residence. You can not beat Sue Henry as your agent no matter what side of the transaction you are on! The Galloway Century office has been super as well!

Seller reviewSue had some excellent ideas that would make the house stand out among others. The house was located in Syracuse, NY but we lived in Mount Pleasant, SC. She understood the urgency to get this house off our plate. The house was on the market for 8 days before it sold (over asking price). Sue was upfront with what people may not like about the house - some things were out of our control - such as a big slope of the backyard. But she made sure to concentrate on things that would peak a buyer's interest - such as the total living space, the huge workshop, etc. I received (and accepted) an offer about 15 hours after my husband passed. Sue knew it was a difficult time but, handled it in a very caring manner. She is to be commended for her caring and understanding of her clients' needs.
