I've lived in the Manalapan/Marlboro area for the past 40+ years and have lived in New Jersey all my life. I raised my family in Manalapan and both of my children stayed in the area. I am very familiar with Monmouth/Middlesex counties, but am able to work in any part of New Jersey. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS degree in Business & Marketing. Seller reviewI know Susan for years. She helped my daughter buy and sell her first home and it was apparent then and now that Susan is one of the most dedicated and hard working brokers in the area. She more than lived up to my impression of her sales skills. She is a great communicator and reminded me of what was needed each step of the process. As with many home sales, we experienced some issues. Susan helped me resolve anything that came up. Susan went above and beyond expectations to ensure that everything pertaining to the sale would go as smoothly as possible. Due to family circumstances, I moved out of state before my house sale closed. I was able to do so with a clear mind because I knew that Susan would be on top of any possible issues. I highly recommend Susan Kaplan and Century 21 Mack Morris. They are by far the best real estate professionals in the area.
